change your life books
If you are looking to improve your life but aren't sure where to start, I'd recommend the book "101 Essays That Will Change Your Life." You can read this book on an Audible book, or you can buy it for a half price price. It's a great read.
It’s a great read
If you are looking for an interesting book to read, 101 Essays That Will Change Your Life might be a good choice. This is a self-help book that has plenty of interesting points. Among them are tips on how to manage fear and how to bring out the best in a team. The author also shares tips on how to focus on the present and how to bring out the best in yourself.
However, the book doesn't always explain the point in full. The majority of the essays are simply listicles and long Instagram captions. Some of the pieces are also philosophical, though. It's possible that these pieces are a bit cheesy and can be a bit dull, but some of the tips are definitely useful. One of the best aspects of this book is that it is written by a young woman, Brianna Wiest, who has a lot of positive reviews. But, she's still not widely recognized. In addition, the title is too over-promising.
Even though it can be a bit too cheesy, 101 Essays That Will Change Your Life is a decent book that can help you to change your way of thinking. The author focuses on happiness and letting go, but she doesn't care about what other people think of her work. Though she doesn't provide the sort of philosophical background that most readers will enjoy, she does offer some helpful points. Moreover, some of the pieces are truly inspirational. You may find yourself inspired to start a new hobby, learn a new skill, or even take on a bigger goal. With so many options out there, this book is a great option for those who are looking for motivation. change your life books
It’s an Audible book
101 Essays that will change your life is a book of essays aimed at self-help buffs. There are plenty of thought-provoking points to be had here, and the author (Brianna Wiest) focuses on the idea of letting go and finding happiness in the process. This may not be the most fun or interesting book you will read, but if you are looking for some fresh inspiration for the day, you might find what you're after.
The Audible version of the book is about 10 hours long, which is about as long as you'd expect to hear a list of ten items. Fortunately, Wiest does a good job of breaking down her list of ten into easy-to-read paragraphs, so you won't be left drooling over pages and pages of text. However, the audiobook lags a bit, and there's no rhyme or reason to the way she decides which items to include. Lastly, the book is very repetitive, which makes it harder to stay on track.
One of the perks of the Audible version is that it can be downloaded on any PC, Mac, or iOS device. In fact, it can be downloaded on 55,000 other e-reader devices, so you can get your daily dose of inspirational text wherever you are.
It’s worth it
101 Essays That Will Change Your Life by Brianna Wiest is a self-help book with the best of intentions. The author of the book, a psychology professor, has spent some time examining cognitive biases and how our daily habits can affect the way we think. She focuses on how you can change your life by letting go of some negative emotions.
There are a lot of great points in this book. Some of them are genuinely useful, while others are more akin to listicles. For example, you will find 101 essays on a variety of topics including emotional intelligence, mindfulness, self-care, and happiness. Although the book is not very long, the content does get tedious at times, especially if you are not an avid reader. You can also check out the audiobook version, which runs for 10 hours. This might be the best way to get your fill of these essays.
However, there are a few things that I didn't like. For one, the book's cover is a noise-free aesthetic, meaning you don't have to deal with distracting sounds. Another is the fact that many of the essays are just short blog posts and Instagram captions. While these pieces can be interesting and entertaining, they aren't the most interesting thing you can read. In the end, you can find much more useful lists of ideas in Wiest's other works.
