Stay fit in this quarantine period

        Due to coronavirus, our life has been changed. It has affected our daily work.we are spending our time watching tv, Netflix and reading novels. While the world is going out of control, you can control our own health by doing some exercise. Regular exercise is good for our health and to maintain our weight. You should exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Yoga is one of the best ways to lose weight and maintain our mental health. Due to the lockdown, you cant go to the gym or yoga classes. Here are some of the yoga exercise you can do in your home,

Mountain pose:

Mountain pose looks like you are just standing but doing this makes your heels root down, muscles of legs are enlarged, the shoulder blades slide down the back and the head arises.

Raised Arms Pose:

In raised arm bose you should up your arms over your head. It makes you keep your shoulder move away and reach up through your fingertips.

Standing Forward Bend:

Standing forward bend can remove the fat in the stomach.you should fold your legs into a forward bend and keep the head hanging.you should touch your feet while doing this exercise.

Garland Pose:

Feet should be moved to the edge of the mat and you should bend your knee. If you are sitting in the chair or riding cars for so long leads to the hip pain By doing garland bose the hip pain can be reduced.

Seated Forward pose:

Bring your torso over your legs in a forward bend. While doing this pose you should inhale your breath while lengthening the spine and exhale the breath when you forward fold. You should stay for five breaths and keep the feet flexed.
