My new post.

Course problems are not completely solved by weather and snow conditions, acclimatization and general well-being. It is desirable that the schedule allows for a progressive expansion in altitude so that all destinations can be reached by a worthy person and fit into a great joint designation and experience in mountain views at Morocco Next.

Some parts of the hike will include climbing, sailing or diving on snow slopes up to about 30 degrees. Depending on conditions, this can be easily achieved using crampons and with a cutting guide or climbing ladder if needed. However, you will need reassurance and steadfastness in some places, including the support of guides and pioneers.

EVERY DAY ROUTINE ON THE TOUBKAL MOUNTAIN TRACK In line with great mountain training, we will start our journey earlier from the shelter and we will adapt little by little. We'll have plenty of breakfast and hot drinks before leaving the asylum and snacks for our high point or one of our stops. Usually, we would return to the mental hospital in the afternoon, when we would prepare a full lunch. There would be an ideal opportunity to relax and mingle in the asylum before dinner around 7pm. Since we usually have such a promising start, we definitely go to bed early, however, there is a fire in the common area and visitors can stay there until late at night.

WHAT TO WEAR IN TOUBKAL IN WINTER From Marrakesh to over 4000 m at Toubkal's highest point, there are significant changes in temperature. Be prepared for freezing conditions with heavy rain and as much snow as possible. Temperatures are expected to reach 15 degrees Celsius on a climactic day at the start of the day with chilly winds.

Clothing should be versatile and suitable for winter conditions, and the most ideal way to achieve this is through a layering framework with a decent basecoat, several wool middle layers, an outer leather, and a suitable coat. For the furthest point and your head, you want high-quality gloves, gloves, and a warm hat. You will also need sunglasses and glasses, as there is a good chance of whitening.

The weather can also be very hot and sunny with lots of UV reflection from the snow, so you should also bring adequate sun protection and a sun hat. You will almost certainly leave the asylum for a climactic journey with travel pants over pants, base layer, warm mid layer, soft shell or soft coat, windproof lining, hat, gloves and mittens. The undercoat and glasses will be in your backpack along with a jug of hot drink and a container of water for another time, snacks, sunglasses, and a camera. The backpack should be around 40 liters and your main items can be transported in a canvas bag with the entire unit in a waterproof sack.
