Who is the Best for Sex

What other requirements are there for having a mutually satisfying sex life besides consent and attraction? Men and women who expressed the highest levels of satisfaction provided the details, which were detailed in a national study that was published in the Journal of Sex Research in early 2016. More than 38,000 heterosexual couples who had been cohabitating for at least three years were polled about their levels of sexual satisfaction and the actions most closely linked to it.

While the majority of participants claimed to be sexually satisfied during their first six months of cohabitation, only 55% of women and 43% of men claimed to be so at the time of the survey. 18% of women and 16% of men reported feeling neutral about their rape sex movies lives, while the remaining 27% of women and 41% of men were reportedly unsatisfied. The participants responded to questions about sexual frequency, orgasm consistency, oral sex frequency, and sexual variety. The questionnaire also included scales for participants to rate how passionate they are now compared to when they first started having sex.

When it came to sexual variety, they were questioned about the activities they included to enhance their sex lives, such as using a vibrator or sex toy jointly, donning sexy underwear, having sex in public, experimenting with anal stimulation, experimenting with light S&M like restraints or spanking, and inviting a third person to join them. And who among them had the highest levels of satisfaction and kept their passion? As one might anticipate, those who reported having sex the most frequently and consistently reported experiencing orgasms, as well as those who reported having the most oral sex and a variety of sex experiences, all reported feeling the happiest. High levels of satisfaction also benefited from mood setting and sexual communication.

Similar findings were obtained from a 2016 study that specifically examined the sex lives of men and women between the ages of 50 and 80 and was published in the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy. Not only do many older people still engage in sexual activity, but the researchers also found that those who do so may be in better physical and mental health than those who don't. While older adults who were able to communicate their needs to their partners and those couples who introduced the most variety into their sex lives reportedly had sex more frequently and felt the most satisfied, even though they might not have sex as frequently due to medical or biological issues or feel as sexually satisfied as when they were younger.
