 A recent study by Tracking Happiness looked into the relationship between sexual activity and happiness. Which five words do you most frequently associate with "happiness"? This question was posed to 665 men and 482 women between the ages of 15 and 60 plus. The 15 words available for selection by respondents included "love," "satisfaction," "wealth," "enlightenment," and "sex." By examining which words are most frequently associated with the word "happiness," the answers shed light on how various social groups perceive happiness. When it came to sex and happiness, the authors found that men and women differed: In comparison to women, men were 250 percent more likely to link "sex" and "happiness.
