Have you ever thought of keeping a diary with what you mostly feel everyday?!
What do you think the statistics show?!
Well ... if you are not satisfied of how it sounds the results of this statistic ... a change needs to be done.
I was once in a toxic relationship and because of the fact that i was blind at everything was going on ... a dear friend, seeing that he will lose his time to convince me of everything is going on ... he asked me to think at the statistic of my feelings with that person.
He was not telling me that the relationship itself is toxic and nothing wrong about that lady ... but after a while i was meditating and realized .... my friend was right.
I only had moments when i was happy and i could almost define as an accident that fact.
I was amazed ... just by simple analyzing the last 2-3 weeks ... then the whole period of being togheter.
I had to admit that i was unhappy ... and in fact ... i had no chance to have a happy life with that person.
It was hard to admit ... but this was the truth.
Statistics showed i was unhappy.
Continuing life in that way .. was illogical.
And i really tried to change things in a way so that the statistics would change ... but everything was useless.
You see ... when things don’t go right ... we need to have in mind the concept and the meaning of ... CHANGE.
Starting from the belief that we deserve a better life and in fact ... that we deserve to be happy all the time, refusing to accept such a high probability to be unhappy ... embracing the change is ... an interesting idea that we should have in mind.
And sometimes, the best time for change is now.
